2.2. Obiectul si valoarea contractului Prin prezenta procedură de achiziție publică autoritatea contractantă dorește încheierea unui contract de delegare a serviciului de sortare a deșeurilor de hârtie, carton, metal, plastic și sticlă colectate separat din deșeurile municipale în stații de sortare, inclusiv transportul reziduurilor rezultate din sortare la depozitele de deșeuri și/sau la instalațiile de valorificare energetică pe raza UAT- urilor membre ale ASOCIAȚIEI DE DEZVOLTARE INTERCOMUNITARĂ ECO & ILUMINAT SUD-EST. Cantitățile de deșeuri care urmează a fi supuse activităților de sortare, inclusiv valorificare, în cadrul contractului au fost estimate de autoritatea contractantă la 900 de tone/ lună, rezultând astfel o cantitate estimată de 21.600 tone de deșeuri ce ar putea face obiectul serviciilor de sortare până la finalul lunii iunie 2028, în perioada de 24 luni stabilită pentru contract, care s-ar putea suplimenta cu maxim 3.600 tone în cazul prelungirii contractului conform revederilor art. 165 alin.
