This technical assistance contract aims to ensure the efficient management and supervision of project works by qualified personnel, facilitating the successful implementation of investments and the achievement of all performance indicators within the eligibility period. The scope of work is divided into two main components. Component A focuses on Technical Assistance for Project Management, encompassing activities such as providing support in project management and publicity, updating the Regional Master Plan, and enhancing the GIS system and hydraulic modeling. This includes specific tasks for GIS system updates and hydraulic modeling. Furthermore, it covers managing water system losses and infiltrations/exfiltrations in wastewater systems, sludge management, and the modeling and implementation of an integrated IT management system (Digitalization). Component B provides Technical Assistance for Works Supervision, covering activities during the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases. The service provider will deliver services in accordance with the requirements set forth in the tender documentation. The Terms of Reference detail the types of activities, required human resources and their specializations, and the minimum quantities necessary for contract fulfillment.
