Autoritatea contractantă dorește încheierea unui acord cadru, cu un operator economic, pentru furnizare produse prin cumpărare, pe o perioada de 4 ani. Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord-cadru: minimum 2450 kg - maximum 39.200 kg Estimări ale cantităților minime și maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru: minimum 2450 kg - maximum 7840 kg Estimarea valorii celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru: 7840 kg, respectiv 302.388,80 lei fără TVA Livrarea produselor se va efectua de către furnizor în termen de maximum 30 de zile calendaristice de la data lansării comenzii ferme de către achizitor în depozitul beneficiarului din Șoseaua de Centura, nr.44, localitatea Tunari, județ Ilfov. Produsele vor fi livrate cu respectarea tuturor cerințelor cantitative și calitative, în butoaie metalice, sigilate, la locul de livrare indicat de autoritatea/entitatea contractantă. Contractantul va ambala și eticheta produsele furnizate astfel încât să prevină orice daună sau deteriorare în timpul transportului acestora către destinația stabilită. Transportul și toate costurile și riscurile asociate sunt în sarcina exclusivă a furnizorului.
