Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari privind documentatia de atribuire , in scris, in SEAP, pana cu cel putin 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va transmite raspuns consolidat la solicitarile de clarificari ale operatorilor economici , in SEAP[, in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor.Valoarea estimata a contractului cuprinde insumarea valorilor estimate a cap. 1.2; 2.1; 2.2; 2.3;4.1; 4.2;4.3; 4.5; si cap.5.1 din Devizul general al proiectului tehnic,respectiv: Cap. 1.2.
