The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the essential elements/conditions that will govern the subsequent service contracts to be awarded during the term of this framework agreement. The purpose for which the service procurement is necessary: The services are necessary for the realization of a project of general interest, for: - ensuring public lighting for safe road and pedestrian traffic; - protecting people's lives and physical integrity; - protecting the environment, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of individuals. Benefits to be obtained: - increasing the standard of living and citizen comfort by ensuring an adequate level of lighting; - citizen safety in the municipality during the night; - achieving adequate visual comfort for all traffic participants; - increasing the safety of road and pedestrian traffic by ensuring good visibility; - reducing the number of road accidents/thefts/acts of vandalism; The subsequent contracts to be awarded have as their object the provision of services of the nature provided for in the technical specifications. Type of framework agreement: framework agreement for services, with a single economic operator. 1. Duration of the framework agreement: 48 (forty-eight) months. 2. Types and quantities are in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications and the Annexes to the Technical Specifications. 3. Minimum and maximum level of service quantity that can be purchased under the framework agreement: The minimum and maximum estimated quantities to be purchased during the entire framework agreement are provided in Annex 1 to the Technical Proposal – Minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities to be purchased within the largest subsequent contract are found in Annex 2 to the Technical Proposal – Minimum and maximum quantities for the subsequent contract. The estimated value of the framework agreement for 4 years is 4,256,185.78 lei excluding VAT. Minimum estimated value for 4 years: 1,802,425.79 lei, excluding VAT Maximum estimated value for 4 years: 4,256,185.78 lei, excluding VAT Minimum value for the largest subsequent contract: 145,453.29 lei excluding VAT Maximum value for the largest subsequent contract: 654,466.01 lei excluding VAT 4. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: minimum 2 (two) contracts, subsequent per year, depending on own needs.
