To emphasize the unpredictability of the works, below we present the main types of works to be performed under this framework agreement:  Desilting  Demolition of concrete elements  Demolition of light elements  Demolition of metal elements.  Backfills  Tubes, pipes  Transport  Earthworks  Road signage  Repair and maintenance of metal elements  Repair and maintenance of concrete elements  Repair of open gutters  Handling  Interventions with machinery  Asphalt surfacing removal  Formwork  Paved channels  Curbs  Reinforcements The activities described above represent the main activities that will be performed under the Framework Agreement. These activities can be independent, for example, an intervention with a machine, or sub-activities from multiple activities will be used, taking into account the execution technology of each work. For this, the contractor will present the offer to the beneficiary along with the measurement for each work to be performed; after its acceptance by the beneficiary, the work order will be issued. Whenever it is necessary to perform other types of works (activities) not included in the basic offer but which have common resources with those in the tendered activities, they will be added, provided that the unit prices are maintained. The total estimated value of the framework agreement, for 4 years: 22,915,805.66 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract to be concluded during the term of the framework agreement: 4,158,572.76 lei excluding VAT. Frequency of subsequent contracts to be concluded: minimum 3 contracts/year depending on needs. The minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement are found in Annex no. 1 to the technical proposal.
