Description

Obiectul prezentei achiziții îl reprezintă un tractor articulat forestier si un despicator orizontal tractabil compatibil cu tractorul, destinat dotării OCOLULUI SILVIC GHIMEȘ-FĂGET RA. Prin achiziționarea acestui utilaj se urmărește asigurarea capacității necesare desfășurării activităților specifice ocolului, eficientizarea procesului de colectare și manipulare a lemnului în parchet, precum și de a optimiza activitatea din platforma primară. Tractorul articulat forestier si despicatorul orizontal tractabil compatibil cu tractorul aferent va fi furnizat în conformitate cu cerințele tehnice minime prevăzute în caietul de sarcini, acestea trebuind să fie nou, neutilizate și să îndeplinească toate condițiile legale privind omologarea, siguranța în exploatare și protecția mediului. Contractul de achiziție publică include furnizarea, transportul și predarea produselor la locația indicată de autoritatea contractantă, precum și asigurarea documentației tehnice aferente, a certificatelor/documentelor de conformitate și a garanției produselor, conform condițiilor stabilite în documentația de atribuire. Achiziția este finanțată prin ajutorului de stat aferent schemei de ajutor de stat din cadrul PS 2023-2027, DR 24, Investiţii în tehnologii forestiere care îmbunătăţesc rezilienţa şi valoarea de mediu a ecosistemelor forestiere
