The excavation width for the Dn 250mm pipes will be 1.0 meter. Special works along the network route include 1276 meters of horizontal directional drilling for pipe crossings, utilizing steel pipes (De 356.6x8 mm) for protection. Additionally, 922 inspection and directional change manholes will be installed at maximum intervals of 60 meters. The project also requires the construction of 6 pumping stations to ensure the collection and transfer of domestic wastewater, equipped with submersible pumps.

Original language: roInvestitia vizeaza realizarea lucrarilor pentru: “Sistem centralizat de canalizare si epurare ape uzate menajere in Comuna Brastavatu, judetul Olt”: ●Racorduri la reateau de canalizare menajera In cadrul contractului sunt prevazute 1246 racorduri individuale care cuprind conducte de racord din PVC multistrat, SN 4 cu diametrul De 160mm cu o lungime de medie de 5 m si caminul de racord cu diametrul interior Dn 400 mm din PVC. Caminele de racord prevazute vor fi din PVC, iar capacele metalice vor fi de tip carosabil pentru clasa B125, conform SR EN 124-1996, montate pe rame incastrate in beton. ●Reteaua de canalizare menjera se va realize pentru un numar de 1246 consumatori casnici ( 2300 locuitori), consumatori publici si economici. Lungimea totala a conductelor cu curgere gravitational din satul Brastavatu are valoarea L= 35061, incluzand si lungimea subtraversarilor. Rețeaua de canalizare este de tip separativ, preluând numai debitele de apă uzată menajeră și va fi realizată din tuburi de PVC SN8, Dn 250 mm, cu o lungime totală de 35.061,00 m. Reteaua de canalizare a fost astfel proiectată, astfel încât să fie asigurată viteza de autocurățire de 0,70 m/s dar să nu fie depășită viteza maximă de 5,00 m/s. Tuburile din PVC-U, multistrat, se vor monta pe un pat din material necoeziv ( nisip) in grosimea de 10 cm, iar umplutura pana la 30 cm deasupra generatoarei superioare se va executa din acelasi material necoeziv ( nisip). Latimea sapaturii in cazul conductelor din PVC-U, multistrat, cu diametrul De 250mm este de 1.0 m. Pe traseul retelei de canalizare a apelor uzate menajere se intalnesc urmatoarele lucrari speciale: - subtraversari executate cu foraj orizontal, L = 1276 m cu teava de protectie din OL avand De 356.6x 8 mm. - camine de vizitare si schimbare de directie la o distanta de maxim 60 [m], total 922 buc. ● Statii de pompare ape uzate menajere Este necesara construirea a 6 statii de pompare care sa asigure colectarea si pomparea apelor uzate. Pompele submersibile cu rotor tocator vor fi echipate cu tablou de automatizare pentru protectia pompelor si accesoriile necesare montarii si functionarii corespunzatoare a acestora (brida de ghidaj, lant de manevra, cot de refulare, clapeti de sens, vane de izolare, regulatori de nivel etc.). ●Conducte de refulare de la statiile de pompare De la statiile de pompare, apa uzata menajera este tranzitata catre caminele de canalizare, prin intermetiul unor conducte de refulare din tuburi din polietilena de inalta densitate. Pe traseul conductelor de refulare, pentru a putea asigura curatirea acestora, au fost amplasate 9 camine de curatire la distante de maxim 200 m unul fata de celalalt ●Statia de epurare pentru 4200 LE este pozitionata in partea de sud-est a satului Crusov, linia de epurare 2 Brastavatu se va pozitiona langa linia 1 de epurare existenta Crusov, aceasta va functiona independent fata de linia Crusov, preluand toate apele uzate menajere provenite de la locuitorii satului Bastavatu. Apa uzata menajera va ajunge in linia de epurare 2 Brastavatu printr-o conducta de refulare De180 m, L=890 m, PEID, PE100, PN10 de la statia de pompare SPAU06 amplasata in satul Brastavatu.
