Original language: roA) Servicii de medicina muncii: Conform Art. 13, j)- Legea 319/2006, a securităţii şi sănătăţii în muncă şi Art. 8 din H.G. 355/2007, privind supravegherea sănătăţii lucrătorilor: – examene medicale la angajare, de adaptare, periodic şi la reluarea activităţii, conform fişei de expunere la riscuri profesionale, pentru fiecare loc de muncă, alte examene considerate necesare de către medicul de medicina muncii; B) Servicii medicale privind examinarea medicală şi psihologică a personalului cu atribuţii în singuranţa circulaţiei: Conform Art. 1 şi Anexa 4, din Ordinul 1256/2013, pentru aprobarea funcţiilor din siguranţa transporturilor pentru care sunt necesare avize de aptitudine medicală şi/sau psihologică - 1260/1390/2013, pentru aprobarea normelor metodologice: - examinarea medicală şi psihologică a personalului cu atribuţii în siguranta transportului;
