Original language: roAcord cadru de furnizare Pâine semialbă va fi încheiat pentru perioada 01.09.2025 pana la 31.08.2027. Cantitate produse: minim 348.575,00 kg - maxim 432.525,00 kg. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor ce vor fi atribuite: Primul contract subsecvent va fi încheiat cu ofertantul semnatar al acordului cadru clasat pe primul loc cu cel mai mare punctaj, criteriului de atribuire fiind „cel mai bun raport calitate-pret”. Contractele subsecvente urmatoare se vor atribui cu reluarea competitiei prin licitatie electronică. Contracte subsecvente pentru pe perioade cuprinse intre 1 si 3 luni, cu livrare zilnică in funcție de creditele bugetare aprobate si numărul de persoane private de libertate custodiate ( cantități aproximative). 1. Contract subsecvent o lună – minim 14.523,96 kg – maxim 18.021,88 kg; 2. Contract subsecvent 3 luni – minim 43.571,88 kg – maxim 54.065,63 kg; Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce urmează a fi atribuit este de 210.855,96 lei fără TVA.
