Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite la 6 luni sau ori de cate ori apare necesitatea achizitionarii produselor din acordul cadru, in functie de realizarea lucrarilor de investitii si mentenenta in retelele de distributie energie electrica. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmeaza a fi atribuit pe durata acordului cadru este 34.634.840,29 lei fara TVA. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru, respectiv cantitatile minime si maxime ale unui contract subsecvent se regasesc in Caietul de Sarcini, pag. 5-6.
