Die zu erbringenden Leistungen beziehen sich auf folgende Projektphasen: a) Leistungen zur Ökologischen Baubegleitung, Leistungszeitraum voraussichtlich 2026 -2029 Die Leistungen zur Ökologischen Baubegleitung (ÖBB) beziehen sich ausschließlich auf die Aufständerung der B288 im Bauabschnitt BA 3. Die Leistungen sind interaktiv zu erbringen. D.h., es sind jeweils umfangreiche Abstimmungen mit den übrigen Beteiligten (AG, Planer, Baufirma, Behörden etc.) für die Leistungserbringung erforderlich. Die AG übernimmt dabei eine steuernde und leitende Funktion. Die unmittelbare Abstimmung mit Dritten ohne die Kenntnis oder Einwilligung der AG ist unzulässig.
