DEK-1642 DE organizational units for textile cleaning activities and related services. The bidder's basic, continuously performed task is to carry out the textile cleaning process. The bidder's further tasks: Operation of the textile supply for the contracting authority's textile stock, delivery of washed and, if necessary, repaired textiles in accordance with hygiene regulations. Tasks to be performed by the bidder: - disinfection wash at 60 degrees Celsius, - drying, - ironing/finishing (at the bidder's choice), mangling, - repair if necessary, - collection of dirty textiles - return of clean textiles to the organizational units of the contracting authority, - professional expert advice on the material quality of textiles when introducing new textiles, provision of test washes, - providing recommendations for disposal, - operation of the textile supply, - data provision for inventory, - provision of textile transport containers. Annual quantity by number of pieces: Total: 2,535,314 pcs/year Of which: - DE Clinical Center: 2,278,965 pcs - DE Central Units: 256,349 pcs Framework quantity for 36 months: 7,605,942 pcs Monthly planned quantity based on simple average calculation: planned 211,276 pcs. The contracting authority concludes a framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded for a fixed period of 36 months from its entry into force or until the full framework quantity / option is utilized, including the quantity calculated with the option. The framework agreement is valid until the occurrence of the earlier condition. The contracting authority is not obliged to exhaust the framework quantity, nor can the unused framework quantity be claimed by the bidder as damages from the contracting authority. Departmental service: The contracting authority expects departmental service: the winning bidder collects dirty textiles broken down by the contracting authority's units (clinic/department). Approximately 120 departments operate at the contracting authority, depending on its current operation. Clean textiles are assembled and handed over according to the quantities of textiles submitted by the respective economic units. The winning bidder must ensure the microchip (RFID) textile handover/takeover activity at the laundry facility providing the services. The contracting authority shall provide the premises used by the winning bidder free of charge for the performance of the services. The details and rules of premises use will be laid down in a separate contract. The prices indicated in the price list cannot be changed until the last day of the year of the contract's entry into force. Thereafter, the winning bidder may index the contractor's fees once a year (effective January 1st) based on the sector rate published by the KSH for the previous year and the official data on changes in the minimum wage, taking into account point a) of § 141 (4) of the Public Procurement Act, provided that the contracting authority expressly accepts the indexing. The winning bidder shall notify the contracting authority in writing of the possibility of price indexing.
