Delbus Shell Construction Work

Delbus GmbH & Co. KG plans the demolition and new construction of a bus depot on the existing operating premises in Delmenhorst. The construction of 3 building sections in 2 construction phases is planned. The work will be carried out during ongoing bus operations. The subject of the tender is the simultaneous construction of the two buildings "Workshop" and "Operations Service Building". Charging span (1st construction phase - already under construction): In the rear part of the property, a single-story building with charging technology for charging electric buses will be built. The building also includes a media bridge and parking areas for charging activities. Workshop (2nd construction phase): Also in the rear part of the property, a new workshop building consisting of 4 building sections will be built in solid construction. The building is two stories in one section and also has 2 basement areas and various service pits. The ground floor contains 6 inspection stands, a washing facility, storage areas, and ancillary rooms. The upper floor contains the staff social rooms. The solid construction of reinforced concrete and sand-lime brick will be clad with a suspended aluminum facade system. Parts will be clad with rhombus formwork. The building will have 2 gable roofs with different slopes between 9 and 25 degrees and two flat roof areas over the storage rooms and part of the washing facility. The roofs will be constructed partly with filigree ceilings laid on ribs and partly with trapezoidal sheeting laid on reinforced concrete beams. All roof areas will be provided with an extensive substrate vegetation layer. Operations Service Building As the 3rd building, a single-story operations service building with a gable roof will be erected in the front part of the property along Bremer Straße. The building will serve as an operational and social building to support bus operations, especially for administration, lounge, and sanitary facilities for the driving personnel. The building will be constructed in solid construction with KS walls and a roof structure of steel beams with trapezoidal sheeting laid on them. The roof will have a vegetation layer with an extensive substrate. The suspended facade consists of an aluminum system and is supplemented by rhombus formwork in the entrance areas. The workshop and the operations service building are to be built simultaneously. Further information can be found in the service description.
