Description
The Department of Sanitation (DSNY) is seeking a qualified M/WBE vendor ('the Contractor) to deliver, remove, and transport Battery Recycling Drums that are designed for safe management of end-of-life, damaged, defective, and/or recalled (DDR) batteries. Such batteriesespecially damaged lithium-ion and rechargeable batteriespose severe fire and environmental hazards when improperly discarded.
