Please Note:Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is not required to comply with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs). DHA is not a prescribed corporate Commonwealth entity for the purposes of the CPRs under Section 30 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014. Given this, other aspects of the RFQ and tender process, may not (and are not required to) be consistent with the CPRs. This RFQ is issued through AusTender to leverage a convenient and efficient tendering platform and provide notification of the opportunity to suppliers. Conditions for Participation: The Potential Supplier and any sub-contractors proposed in the RFQ must not be named, as non-compliant under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.The Potential Supplier must hold, and maintain for the duration of the Contract, all licences, permits, registrations, Authorisation and statutory approvals required to undertake the Works in Western Australia, including any demolition, asbestos removal (where applicable), high-risk work, and other project-specific regulatory requirements. Evidence of current licences, registrations and approvals must be provided with the tender submission. Interstate licence holders may rely on mutual recognition arrangements in accordance with the Mutual Recognition Act 1992.
