1. Após o encerramento da cotação, caso haja problemas no
sistema, a proposta deverá ser enviada para o seguinte endereço de e-mail: salc@8esqdcmec.eb.mil.br;

possuem lance igual ou menor ao valor máximo aceitável, também enviem sua proposta para, em caso de
desclassificação do 1o colocado, poderem ter seu lance analisado e habilitado;
3. Caso não seja enviada proposta o(s) lance(s) do(s) fornecedor(es) em questão será(ão) cancelado()s,
estando o fornecedor que não mantiver a proposta, falhar ou fraudar a execução do fornecimento, sujeito às
sanções previstas na Lei;
4. Não será aceita qualquer entrega que não tenha sido autorizada por Nota de Empenho;
5. O Aviso de Dispensa Eletrônica, com as descrições completas dos produtos e as condições gerais de
aquisição, deverá ser lido e seguido integralmente.
