Dental Services Warkworth Institution This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Warkworth Institution, Ontario Region. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Health Services requires Dental services for Warkworth Institution in the Ontario Region. The Contractor must provide Dental services to inmates and collaborate with the institution’s multi-disciplinary health services team that includes but is not limited to, Nurses, Institutional Physicians, Psychologists, Dieticians and other allied health professionals. Objectives: The Contractor must provide primary dental care, including x-rays and health promotion, to inmates that complies with relevant federal legislation, provincial standards and CSC policies and guidelines. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide up to 2184 hours of dental care over a three (3) year contract period (up to 728 hours per year), with clinics scheduled for a maximum of up to 14 hours per week, to Warkworth Institution. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
