Description

Bayside Council invites suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to submit a tender for the demolition of the existing Le Beach Hut and Dolls Point Café building and the construction of a new restaurant, kiosk and public amenities building at 179 Russell Avenue, Dolls Point NSW. The Le Beach Hut was constructed in the 1950s and is located on Lot 67-70 on Deposited Plan 2237 within the Peter Depena Reserve. Bayside Council anticipates awarding the Contract in March 2027, subject to completion of the procurement process. Site establishment is expected to commence upon execution of the contract. Tenderers must all hold their submitted prices valid until contract award. Further information regarding the project background, existing conditions and description of the works is included within Appendix A - Project Overview.
