Usable floor area of the building: 2,002 m2 WORK TO BE DONE: The existing building will be modernized and its energy efficiency increased with the necessary accessibility improvements. The building will be energetically renewed, and the external facade will be insulated. The existing external wooden windows and doors of the building will be replaced. The heating system and the electrical system will also be renovated based on separate technical plans. New accessible ramps and parking spaces will be created. A new accessible toilet will be created on the ground floor. The interior doors will be replaced to ensure an internal clear opening of 90 cm. CONSTRUCTION AND SPECIALIST WORKS Earthworks: Ground leveling is required for the height placement of the stairs and ramp. SUBSTRUCTURE WORKS: Foundation: Reinforced concrete strip foundations will be constructed during the creation of external stairs and ramps. The concrete quality and foundation dimensions are included in the structural execution plan. The technology for preparing the foundations is included in the structural execution plan. Part of the excavated earth that cannot be placed on the construction site must be loaded onto vehicles and transported away from the construction site. MASONRY WORKS: On-site concrete and reinforced concrete structures: - Foundation concrete - Formwork blocks - Reinforced, smoothed screed concrete - Reinforced concrete sole beam, monolithic slab - Screed concrete - Concrete under the paving stones around the building - At the locations indicated on the plan, reinforced concrete lintels and beams will be constructed, the location, dimensions, and concrete quality of which are included in the structural execution plan. - Paving stone walkways will be constructed around the building in the locations shown on the execution plan. Load-bearing structures: No new load-bearing wall structure will be built; the existing walls will be provided with 15 cm thick facade mineral wool insulation. Stair structure: The front stairs and accessible ramps are of reinforced concrete structure, finished with frost-resistant ceramic tiles. SPECIALIST WORKS Waterproofing: Waterproofing against rainwater will be carried out on the roof slab structure with weldable bitumenous felt with mineral grit. The slope is provided by 20 cm step-resistant insulation + 5.0-12.0 cm sloping polystyrene foam insulation. Sheet metal work: Gutter and downspout pipes will be made of galvanized sheet metal, in "grey" color with a 60 cm overhang width. The flashing will be made of galvanized sheet metal in "grey" color. The downspout pipes are Ø 120 mm. Insulation: 15 cm thick mineral wool insulation will be applied to the facade. 14 cm thick insulation will be applied to the plinth. Waterproofing must be carried out behind the plinth against driving rain, up to a height of at least 30 cm from ground level.
