Description

The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) wishes to invite qualified suppliers to provide Design and Construct services for the Innovation Centre Collider - Future Skills Labs project at the Sippy Downs Campus. The project comprises the upgrade and reconfiguration of the existing Innovation Centre building to deliver five specialist Future Skills Labs, associated collaboration and training spaces, meeting rooms, coworking areas, supporting building services infrastructure, specialist technology installations and associated construction works. The successful contractor will be engaged under a Design and Construct arrangement to complete the detailed design, construction, commissioning, handover and defects liability obligations for the project.
