Description

Een integrale opdracht voor het ontwerpen, renoveren en vernieuwbouwen en langjarig onderhouden van het Rijkskantoor Hanzelaan 280 in Zwolle. Overzicht algemene kenmerken Oppervlakte huidig: circa 10.000 m2 bvo Oppervlakte nieuw: circa 14.000 m2 bvo Disciplines: Ontwerp, installatieadvies, constructieadvies, bouwkunde, constructie, E&W, beveiligingstechniek, ICT, data, bouwfysica, bouwkosten, brandveiligheid, duurzaamheid & circulariteit, realisatie en onderhoud. Scope DBM - Efficiënt ontwerpen om onder andere te komen tot het maximaal aantal FWTE; - Het renoveren en vernieuwbouwen van H280; - Het uitbreiden van H280 met een levendige, toegankelijke en open plint en een Rijksontmoetingsplein; - Het verrichten van aanpassingen op bestaande systeemniveau (gebouw en terrein) ten aanzien van energie. - Meerjarig onderhoud van het werk voor de duur van 15 jaar.
