The Province of Manitoba is advancing an initiative to expand licensed childcare capacity across the province through the construction of new stand-alone childcare facilities on school division properties. To achieve delivery within the program timeline, the Province of Manitoba is issuing this tender for design-build services, leveraging economies of scale across a bundled procurement approach.
