Description
Consulting firms are invited to express their interest in participating in a future selection process for the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of a comprehensive digital platform for the management, production, and dissemination of institutional statistical information.
The project includes the development of a solution based on a services-oriented architecture, encompassing:
Data capture and integration.
Processing and validation.
Data modeling and analytics.
The development of internal, external, and public dissemination platforms.
End-to-end traceability, interoperability, and operation on cloud infrastructure.
The solution must be compatible with international standards for statistical data exchange (SDMX) and comply with current Chilean laws and regulations regarding data management, information security, digital government, and digital transformation applicable to a Chilean government institution.
Interested firms must demonstrate experience in projects of similar scope and complexity. Those who express interest will be provided with the Terms of Reference (ToR) and additional background documentation.
