NoLEM was established in November 2022 and brings together legal experts, practitioners, academics and civil society actors from West and Central Africa. The Network works to strengthen migration governance through gender-responsive, rights-based and evidence-driven approaches, in alignment with African Union frameworks and international standards. It serves as a platform connecting legal research, policy dialogue, and practice to promote safe, dignified, and orderly migration in the region. The development of a dedicated NoLEM website is foreseen under the project “Enhancing Migration Law and Policy through Research, Education, and Regional Collaboration in West and Central Africa (Phase II)”, supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. The website will have two core objectives: first, to increase NoLEM’s visibility among policymakers, legal professionals, academics, civil society, students, donors and migration stakeholders; and second, to serve as a user-friendly online repository where users can access and download NoLEM knowledge products and key legal and policy resources related to migration in West and Central Africa. The selected service provider will be expected to deliver a secure, accessible, bilingual, responsive and easy-to-manage website that reflects NoLEM’s identity, supports long-term knowledge sharing, and can be administered by designated NoLEM representatives without dependency on a web developer for routine updates. The website should ideally be ready and online by the end of 2026. Procurement Links Register as new vendor Supplier Portal User Guide English Fr...
