This is with reference to Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication subject advertisement (Specific Procurement Notice) published in various leading national daily newspapers dated May 01, 2026, and uploaded over Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication website (https://moitt.gov.pk/Tenders) along with the corresponding Request for Proposals Document and subsequent Amendment No. 01.

The proposal submission date is hereby extended till July 02, 2026 (11:30 AM Pakistan Standard Time), hence para(s) no. 8 of the subject Specific Procurement Notice shall be read as follows.

8. Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time) dated July 02, 2026. Electronic procurement will not be permitted. Late Proposals will be rejected. The outer Proposal envelopes marked “ORIGINAL PROPOSAL”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Proposers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on the same day i.e., July 02, 2026, immediately after the Proposal submission deadline. All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in the safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public Proposals opening.

All other terms and conditions of the subject/ earlier published Specific Procurement Notice and corresponding Request for Proposals Document (in conjunction with Amendment No. 01) remain unchanged until and unless expressly modified so in writing.
