13-Jul-2026 The Consultancy services include but are not restricted to the following: Preliminary Services: Design review; Management of the construction works in accordance with the terms of the contract, specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents; Monitoring the performance of all contractors, and ensure adherence to the Construction Schedules / Programmes; Effective monitoring and controlling project cost and time schedules for the construction contracts; Quality control of all works performed and materials used; Verification of measurements and issuance of interim payment certificates; Provision of As-built Drawings to the Executing Agency at the completion of the works; Analysis of Claims submitted by the Contractor; Effective monitoring of the implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Plan. https://www.afdb.org/sites/default/files/documents/project-related-procurement/reoi_social_incllusive_infrastructure_final.pdf
