Preliminaries and design: measurements, layouts, drawings, samples, submissions, protection, safety measures, debris removal and handover. Retain clear circulation, supervision sightlines and at least 350 seats per recess session. 2. Zone 1: remove the raised platform; make good floor and surrounding finishes to provide a level, continuous surface matching or complementing adjacent flooring, without trip hazards. Prepare and finish the wall behind the former platform. 3. Zone 1: supply and install 2 web cameras, with suitable mounting, power and connections for live streaming and recording; conceal or securely contain cabling. Supply and install adjustable spotlights towards the activity area. Provide storage for AV. 4. Zone 1: supply 2 highchairs/bar stools and 1 matching high table, stable, movable, easy to clean and suitable for school use. 5. Zone 2: make good affected floor finishes and fixing points to provide a level surface free of trip hazards. Refurbish the nook behind the pillar/glass display case with fixed/compact seating for small-group or paired reading and reflection. 6. Zone 2: supply movable round tables and chairs for at least 20 seats in a reconfigurable layout. State quantities; maintain circulation, sightlines and overall canteen seating capacity. 7. Zone 3: refurbish 6-7 pillars identified by the School; supply and securely install up to 8 pegboards, up to 8 corkboards, and durable writable and erasable surfaces. State proposed quantities and locations. Install compact foldable tables on 4 pillars. 8. Painting and cleaning: prepare and paint canteen walls and other surfaces identified by the School at the site visit; clean the canteen on completion. 9. Optional: supply and arrange new canteen tables and chairs for up to 350 students and staff. State seating capacity and quantities of tables and chairs; submit the proposed distribution and circulation layout for approval. 10. Optional: design and replace the frontages of all canteen stalls, including removal as needed, protection, repairs, panels, trims and space for stall names and menus. Include drawings, samples and installation coordination. State all frontage dimensions.
