As atividades do COPOM Ituporanga
tiveram início em Abril de 2015. Atualmente os equipamentos de telefonia necessitam
possuir tecnologia mais robusta em razão de que o Centro de Operações da Polícia Militar é
o cérebro das operações de segurança, quer na triagem e atendimento, despacho de viaturas,
monitoramento e integração. A aquisição dos novos aparelhos de telefone vem ao encontro
dessa necessidade, justamente para atender as especificidades de gerencimaneto no
recebimento de chamadas feitas para o número 190 e os chamados via aplicativo PMSC
Cidadão.
3.2 Critério de definição dos quantitativos: A aquisição e os serviços necessários foram
definidos pela equipe técnica do fornecedor, conforme a necessidade levantada junto ao
COPOM da PMSC em Ituporanga em conformidade com as diretrizes da Diretoria de
Tecnologia, Informação e Comunicação da Polícia Militar de Santa Catarina.
