Det er behov for en leverandør som sørger for en sikker destruksjonstjeneste for papirdokumenter som skal avhendes ved politiets lokasjoner. Kunden vil bestille opphenting ved behov.
Leverandøren skal makulere/destrueres papirdokumenter på en sikker måte slik at informasjonene ikke kan gjenskapes. Papirdokumentene skal makuleres/destrueres på sikkerhetsnivå P4 for alle delkontrakter.
For delkontrakt Oslo skal leverandøren tilby makulering/ destruksjon av papirdokumenter ved direkte forbrenning som opsjon.
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å sikre en sikker, kostnadseffektiv og miljøvennlig avhending av papirdokumenter i samsvar med lover og forskrifter, og i henhold til de betingelser som fremgår av avtalen.
Avtalen skal dekke Politiets behov for destruksjon av ugraderte papirdokumenter.
Følgende ytelser omfattes ikke av Tjenesten:
• Destruksjon av papirdokumenter med gradert informasjon iht. beskyttelsesinstruksen og sikkerhetsloven
• Destruksjon og sikker sletting av elektroniske lagringsmedier
• Destruksjon at politispesifikt materiell
• Makulering av pass
• Destruksjon av beslag
