Invitation for Bids (IFB)(Authorised under Section 16 of the Public Procurement Act 2006)Project BriefProcurement Ref.No: MOC/ONB/20/2025-20261.   TheMinistry of Commerce and Consumer Protection (MCCP)is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for theDevelopment and Implementation of an Integrated Price and Market Intelligence System (IPMIS) for the Ministry of Commerce & Consumer Protection.2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system:COMMERCE/IFB/2026/4913.Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latestas per the date and time set in the Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System.4.   Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bidsas per the date and time set in the Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System.5.   Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunderas per the date and time set in the Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System:Conference Room, Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Protection,1st Floor, Wall Street, SICOM Tower, Ebène.6. TheMinistry of Commerce and Consumer Protection (MCCP)reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
