① Not come under Article 5 of Practice Rules of Contract.
② Have Grade [A] in "Service", in terms of the qualification for participating in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
③ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency.
④ Other requirements : refer to the tender documentation. Time-limit for the ten-der : 5 : 00 p.m. November 4th, 2026 (sending by mail : no later than November 4th, 2026)
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of relevant documents for the qualification : September 29th, 2026
