Předmětem této veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné dodávky diagnostických souprav ATB a ATC pro LC-MS, kitů, určených pro kvantitativní stanovení vybraných antibiotik a antimykotik metodou LC-MS pro Oddělení klinické biochemie a reagencií, kalibrátorů, kontrolních materiálů a interních standardů potřebných pro zavedení a rutinní provoz metod TDM (dále také jen „zboží“ nebo „zdravotnické prostředky“), a to vše v rozsahu definovaném těmito zadávacími podmínkami a jejími přílohami. Diagnostické kity budou využity pro zavedení a rutinní terapeutické monitorování léčiv (TDM) vybraných antibiotik a antimykotik, které dosud zadavatel nemá interně dostupné a které dosud odesílal k externí analýze. Zadavatel tímto podstatně zkrátí dobu pro obdržení výsledku vyšetření účinnosti léčby, a tím i odezvu na změnu terapie, což povede ke zvýšené bezpečnosti pacienta.
