Oppdragsgiver inviterer til konkurranse om etablering, drift og vedlikehold av en døgnhvileplass langs E6 Heggelia – Nordkjosbotn. Kjøreavstanden fra E6 til innkjøringen for selve døgnhvileplassen skal være maksimalt 3 km. Døgnhvileplassen skal ha 12-15 oppstillingsplasser og skal inneholde serviceanlegg med toalett, dusj og oppholdsrom, samt ladestasjoner. Ellers skal døgnhvileplassen oppfylle de skal-krav som er opplistet i punkt 3.2. Døgnhvileplassen skal være klar til åpning senest 01.01.2028, og kontrakten gjelder i 10 år fra åpningstidspunktet. Oppdragsgiver har opsjon på å forlenge avtalen med 1+1 år, slik at total mulig leieperiode blir 12 år.
