Description

The project requires a suitably qualified supplier to plan, design, construct, deliver and install four persons-with-disability (PWD) compliant prefabricated portable modular buildings and associated infrastructure. The key purpose of the project is to provide long-term functionality, durability and accessibility for the Powrunna (now Dhuny Yumba (Home of the Wombat) National Park (scientific)) Operations Base (operations base) for management and research purposes. The solution is expected to deliver: all-weather unsealed trafficable site access accommodation hub (three prefabricated portable modular buildings) with deck, fly-over roof and rainwater tanks office and laboratory (one prefabricated portable modular building) with a rainwater tank connection to services and utilities irrigated site landscaping wildlife protection perimeter fencing. This is a Prequalification (PQC) System project.
