Original language: fiHUS-yhtymä pyytää tarjouksia dialysaattoreista. Tuotteet on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Tarjouslomake. Hankinta on jaettu osiin seuraavasti: - osa-alue 1: High-fluxdialysaattori hepariinipinnoitteella - osa-alue 2: Erikoisdialysaattori ATA-kalvolla Tavoitteena on kilpailutuksen avulla saada valikoimiin turvalliset ja kattava valikoima tuotteita. Tavoitteena on myös että tuotteiden toimitusvarmuus on hyvä ja tuotteita on saatavilla, kun niitä tarvitaan. Hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyvät myös tarjottuihin tuotteisiin liittyvät lisätuotteet kuten lisäkoot tai vastaavat tuotteet, jotka Tarjoaja voi sisällyttää tarjoukseensa. Sopimuskaudella voidaan lisäksi hankkia hankinnan ennakoidun arvon mukaisesti sopimuksen kohteena oleviin tuoteryhmiin kuuluvia tuotteita, joita ei ole yksilöity tuoteliitteessä (ks. sopimusluonnos). Sopimuskausi on voimassa määräaikaisena 2 vuotta, jonka jälkeen se jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankintayksikkö valitsee sopimustuotteiksi kaksi eniten pisteitä saanutta eri tuotekokonaisuutta per osa-alue. Kyseessä on useamman hankintayksikön yhteishankinta, joka toteutetaan hankintarenkaana. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä tuotteita tulevat käyttämään: HUS-yhtymä (HUS), Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue ja Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue. Ks. tarkemmat tiedot tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 Hankintasopimus. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo (alv 0 %) on yhteensä noin 553 000 euroa (48 kk). Kyse on arviosta, eikä hankintayksikkö sitoudu ilmoitettuihin euromääriin ja tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettuihin, toteutuneeseen kulutusmääriin.
