The IDECUT is seeking professional services for a project focused on public culture management. The contractor will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of a Public Culture Management Observatory. This observatory will form a key part of the Cultural Governance component within the broader Public Culture Management Model. Its purpose is to gather data, analyze trends, and provide insights into the effectiveness and efficiency of public culture management initiatives.
