Original language: GermanGegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe der exklusiven Lizenz zum Betrieb der Kantinen des BMVg. Für den Betrieb der Kantinen schließt das BMVg als Konzessionsgeber entweder einen Vertrag mit einem Betreiber für beide Standorte oder einen Vertrag mit jeweils einem Betreiber für jeden der beiden Standorte ab. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt daher für jeden Standort als Teilleistung (Los 1 für den Betrieb der Kantinenräume am Standort Bonn, Los 2 für den Betrieb der Kantinenräume am Standort Berlin). Eine Gesamtvergabe beider Lose an einen Konzessionsnehmer ist möglich. Die von dem/den künftigen Konzessionsnehmer(n) zu erbringenden Leistungen sowie deren Verantwortlichkeiten sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen.
