Service points of the district courts of FL and KI

In the departmental area of the Ministry responsible for Justice of the State of Schleswig-Holstein, at least 4 and a maximum of 10 external security guards are to be deployed from April 1, 2027, to support general access controls at the courts. The deployment is to be flexible at the various court locations upon request by the MJG. The request per property will be made with a lead time of a maximum of three months. If no direct end date has been set, the service will be provided with a notice period of three months. A minimum order of two full-time employee equivalents and a maximum of five full-time employee equivalents is guaranteed per lot. The scope of employment is generally based on the regular weekly working hours of an employee under the collective agreement for public service of the states (TV-L) (currently 38.7 hours/week, 1,965.96 hours/year). The respective authority management shall determine the nature and scope of the actual deployment in more detail. The deployment is expected to take place on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 08:00 and 16:00. In exceptional cases (approx. 5 days per year), presence until 20:00 will be required. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are non-working days.
