Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren van één opdrachtnemer die integrale, kwalitatief hoogwaardige en flexibele dienstverlening levert gericht op maatschappelijke begeleiding, financiële zelfredzaamheid en participatie/werk van statushouders en inburgeringsplichtigen binnen de gemeente Bergen op Zoom. Daarnaast is het doel dat dezelfde opdrachtnemer ook de participatieverklaringstrajecten gaat uitvoeren. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde bedraagt op jaarbasis € 177.024,- excl. BTW. De maximale totale waarde van deze opdracht bedraagt € 1.200.000 excl. BTW over een periode van vier (4) jaar. Indien binnen de maximale looptijd van vier (4) jaar deze maximale totale waarde wordt overschreden, sorteert de raamovereenkomst geen effect meer en eindigt de raamovereenkomst van rechtswege. De gemeente zal de opdracht in dat geval opnieuw aanbesteden conform geldende aanbestedingswetgeving.
