Original language: DutchDeze opdracht omvat de levering, installatie, integratie en het onderhoud van een digitaal multimediaplatform voor het operatiekwartier (OK) van het ziekenhuis. Een digitaal OK is een operatiezaal waarin videomanagement, workflow‑ondersteuning, medische apparatuur en informatiesystemen geïntegreerd zijn in één centraal platform, met als doel patiëntveiligheid, traceerbaarheid en efficiëntie te verhogen. Een OK is pas digitaal wanneer zowel beeld, workflow als informatie-uitwisseling structureel geïntegreerd zijn. Leveren, installeren, indienststelling (IQ/OQ/PQ) van Digitaal OK iinclusief alle vereiste werken, dienstverlening en keuring. Toelichting: Het nieuwe ziekenhuis van AZ Jan Portaels is momenteel in volle opbouw, de oplevering en intrek wordt voorzien in 2027 (Range: 15/1/27 - 30/6/27). . De aanbieders in dit lastenboek houden rekening met levering en installatie in het nieuwe ziekenhuis op de Salyx-site, een voormalig industrieterrein aan de achterzijde van het station in Vilvoorde. Minstens onderstaande elementen zijn inbegrepen in deze opdracht (niet-limitatief): - intekening - levering en installatie - aansluiting en keuring - toestelgebonden aanpassingswerken - documentatie en opleiding - service en onderhoud Basisopdracht: Aankoop waarbij ook de nieuwe ontwikkelingen geïntegreerd kunnen worden (recht op innovatie) zonder disruptief te zijn in de investeringsbenadering Variant: Huurformule 5-9 (5+2+2) jaar Om deze transitie mogelijk te maken wensen we over de mogelijkheid te beschikken de financiering via een huurformule voor een periode 5-9 jaar aan te gaan waarbij ook de nieuwe ontwikkelingen automatisch geïntegreerd worden zonder disruptief te zijn in de investeringsbenadering. Bovendien wensen we over de mogelijkheid te beschikken om pas te starten met de afbetaling op het moment dat we inkomsten genereren.
