Not that minors, persons under curatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary to conclude a contract may be applicable under the cases of special reasons within the said article. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc., from a Contract Officer, etc. ④Have Grade A or B "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders required by the Ministry of Justice (uniform qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, 2027 and meet the requirements for participating intenders within the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. ⑤Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 30 November 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hirata and Haraguchi, Supplies Section, Secretariat, Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, 1-1-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8903 Japan.
