Request for proposals Other 11.09.2026 12.10.2026 Request for Proposals (RfP COM-DMS-01) Nefco invites proposals from qualified consultants to enter into up to three framework consultancy agreements for the provision of digital marketing services for Nefco and Nopef. The assignments aim to strengthen website performance and user journeys, improve search visibility, support lead generation and origination activities, and increase stakeholder awareness and engagement. The framework agreements will cover an initial period until 31 December 2026, with four optional one-year extensions until 2030. An estimated aggregate budget of EUR 102,000 (excluding media fees) is available across all framework agreements, subject to Nefco’s operational needs and funding availability. The procurement will be conducted as a Single Stage Open Competitive Selection (two-envelope procedure) in accordance with Nefco’s Procurement Policy and Procedures. Questions regarding the procurement documents must be submitted no later than COB 25 September 2026 , and responses to all questions will be published by COB 2 October 2026 .
