Original language: GermanGegenstand des Gesamtvorhabens ist die konzeptionelle, technische und operative Umsetzung des Projekts "SH-Navi" als offene, modulare und möglichst Open-Source-basierte Mobilitätsplattform zur intermodalen, multimodalen und datenbasierten Verknüpfung unterschiedlicher Mobilitätsangebote. Ziel des Gesamtprojekts ist die schrittweise Entwicklung, Integration und Bereitstellung einer zukunftsfähigen digitalen Mobilitätslösung, die unterschiedliche Verkehrsträger, Routing-, Daten-, Informations- und perspektivisch weitere ergänzende Mobilitätsfunktionen in einer gemeinsamen Systemarchitektur zusammenführt. Zur sachgerechten Strukturierung des Gesamtvorhabens sowie zur klaren Trennung unterschiedlicher Leistungsbereiche wird das Projekt in zwei fachlich und funktional miteinander verbundene, jedoch vergabeseitig getrennte Lose aufgeteilt: 1. Los 1 - Entwicklung, Anpassung, Integration und technische Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungs- und Systemlandschaft - Los 1 umfasst insbesondere die konzeptionelle, technische und operative Entwicklung, Anpassung, Integration, Konfiguration, Customizing-, Entwicklungs- und Erweiterungsleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Webanwendung, optionalen Zusatzmodulen (z. B. App), technischen Schnittstellen, Routing-, Daten- und Systemlogiken sowie die Umsetzung der vertragsgegenständlichen Entwicklungsleistungen im vorgesehenen Projektmodell. 2. Los 2 - Bereitstellung, Betrieb, Hosting, produktionsnahe Infrastruktur und operative Betriebsverantwortung - Los 2 umfasst insbesondere die produktionsnahe Bereitstellung, Betriebs-, Hosting-, Deployment-, Infrastruktur-, Systemumgebungs-, Betriebsführungs- sowie gegebenenfalls weitere betriebsbezogene Leistungen zur dauerhaften operativen Nutzung des Gesamtprodukts. Beide Lose stehen in einem funktionalen Gesamtzusammenhang, verfolgen jedoch unterschiedliche Leistungsgegenstände, Verantwortungsbereiche und vertragliche Schwerpunkte. Die konkrete Ausgestaltung der Schnittstellen, Mitwirkungs- und Übergabepflichten zwischen den Losen ergibt sich aus den jeweiligen Vergabe- und Vertragsunterlagen. Dieses Verfahren betrifft ausschließlich das Los 2.
