Kontrakten omfatter en samlet totalleverance, som har til formål at sikre stabil indsamling og levering af forbrugsdata til afregning og driftsoptimering for Ringsted Forsyning. Totalleverancen omfatter overordnet set følgende ydelser: • Levering og installation af nye vand- og varmemålere i Implementeringsperioden • Datahjemtagningsinfrastruktur • Hjemtagningssystem • Overførsel af eksisterende målere til ny datahjemtagningsinfrastruktur • Levering af nye vand- og varmemålere uden for Projektet (rent varekøb) • Driftsydelser Levering og installation af nye målere i Implementeringsperioden omfatter udskiftning af ca. 6.700 vandmålere og ca. 2640 varmemålere i en implementeringsperiode på i alt ca. 4 år. Totalleverandøren har det samlede ansvar for, at data hjemtages i de aftalte intervaller og den aftalte kvalitet. Kontrakten indeholder krav om arbejdsklausul. I Kontraktens "Implementeringsperiode" gennemføres Projektet som er inddelt i Etaper. I Etape 1 etablerer Totalleverandøren den nye datahjemtagningsinfrastruktur og implementerer hjemtagningssystemet. Målere efter Ordregivers udskiftningsplan udskiftes løbende. Efter Implementeringsperiodens afslutning ved gennemført og godkendt driftsprøve, så overgår Totalleverandørens ydelser til - Drift, support og vedligeholdelse samt hostingaftaler på Hjemtagningssystemet jf. bilag 5. - [For lejet løsning: Drift, support og vedligeholdelse af Datahjemtagningsinfrastruktur jf. bilag 2 Kravspecifikation og bilag 5 Driftsydelser] I hele kontraktens varighed tilbyder Totalleverandøren desuden salg af målere som Ordregiver selv monterer. På tidspunktet for udbudsmaterialets udarbejdelse er der ca. 9000 vandmålere og ca. 5.000 varmemålere i forsyningens område. Ordregiver estimerer at antallet af målere i forsyningens område kan komme op på samlet 20.000 målere i Kontraktperioden.
