Description

Naročnik vabi vse zainteresirane ponudnike k oddaji ponudbe v postopku oddaje javnega naročila Digitalna platforma Pametno Velenje – mobilnost. Predmet javnega naročila je podrobneje opredeljen v Projektni nalogi s prilogami, ki je sestavni del te razpisne dokumentacije. Predmet javnega naročila bo predmet usklajevanja v fazi dialoga. Naročnik bo s ponudnikom sklenil pogodbo za implementacijo ter obdobje najema od primopredaje implementacije do 31. 12. 2029 (predvidoma 27 mesecev), pri čemer si pridržuje pravico po izteku tega obdobja z izbranim izvajalcem skleniti dodatek k pogodbi za podaljšanje obdobja najema platforme za največ 36 mesecev, in sicer pod pogojem, da bo naročnik za podaljšanje razpolagal z zagotovljenimi sredstvi. Naročnik bo izvajalca o tem, ali bo obdobje najema podaljšal, obvestil najkasneje tri (3) mesece pred iztekom pogodbe. Aneks se sklene na podlagi ponudbene cene na enoto (za mesec) iz končne ponudbe ponudnika, ob upoštevanju valorizacije, kot bo opredeljena v vzorcu pogodbe. Navedena sprememba se šteje za vnaprej predvideno spremembo v skladu s prvo točko prvega odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3. Naročnik si bo prizadeval za pridobitev sredstev za realizacijo predmeta javnega naročila. V trenutku sprejema sklepa o začetku naročnik še ne razpolaga s sredstvi, potrebnimi za realizacijo projekta. Naročnik javno naročilo vodi pod odložnim pogojem, da bo do trenutka prevzema obveznosti razpolagal z zagotovljenimi sredstvi.
