De afdeling Ruimtelijk Beheer staat voor een grote vervangingsopgave in de openbare ruimte. Om de continu?teit van projecten te waarborgen en verdere achterstanden te voorkomen, is aanvullende capaciteit noodzakelijk. Daarom zoeken wij een ervaren Directievoerder UAV die zich volledig richt op het contractbeheer en de co?rdinatie van civieltechnische onderhoudswerkzaamheden in de openbare ruimte.De eerste delen van deze vervangingsopgave zijn inmiddels in gang gezet. Tegelijkertijd staan er nog diverse projecten in de startblokken. Deze functie is daarmee essentieel voor de uitvoering van het geplande werk binnen de gestelde termijnen.Omschrijving van de werkzaamhedenDe directievoerder:Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheer van UAV-contracten binnen civieltechnische projecten;Stuurt aannemers aan en is eerste aanspreekpunt voor de toezichthouder(s);Draagt bij aan een vlotte en heldere communicatie met zowel interne als externe partijen, waaronder inwoners (via o.a. Fixi-meldingen);Werkt nauw samen met operationeel beheerders of projectleiders en zorgt voor optimale afstemming van werkzaamheden;Houdt overzicht op planning, voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en financi?n binnen lopende en nieuw te starten projecten.Invoeringsvoorwaarde:Met het verstrekken van de opdracht (aan de ondernemer die inschrijft op de onderhavige opdracht en voor gunning in aanmerking komt) en de gemeente Schagen mag g??n arbeidsrelatie/ dienstbetrekking tot stand komen. De inschrijver dient dit te waarborgen.Bij het inschrijven op de onderhavige opdracht moet in dit kader rekening worden gehouden dat de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden plaatsvindt onder direct leiding en toezicht van de gemeente.Dit betekent dat niet wordt voldaan aan de criteria voor zelfstandigheid zoals vereist onder de Wet Deregulering Beoordeling Arbeidsrelaties (Wet DBA). De gemeente merkt hierbij op dat aan de voornoemde uitvoeringsvoorwaarde niet wordt voldaan als de inschrijver een ZZP-er is (ongeacht of dit een eenmanszaak of een BV is)
