Etablering af Dynamisk indkøbssystem (DIS), til indkøb af primært, men ikke begrænset til, fabriksnye Biler, Varevogne, Minibusser/busser og Lastbiler, til brug hos Herning Kommunes enheder og institutioner. Som alle andre kommuner står Herning overfor at elektrificere sin flåde af køretøjer, der består af ca. 400, hvoraf personbiler udgør størstedelen. De udbudte kontrakter kan være rene købskontrakter eller blandede købs- og servicekontrakter.
