② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A or B or C or D in "Lease" Such as "provision of services" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualifycation for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region,
④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiate business of selling medical appliance-es,
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify,
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 17 : 00 17, September, 2026
