Se permitirá la presentación de certificaciones o antecedentes adicionales, a criterio de la comisión de evaluación de las propuestas, que permitan efectuar una mejor evaluación de las ofertas, siempre que dichas certificaciones o antecedentes se hayan producido u obtenido con anterioridad al vencimiento del plazo para presentar ofertas o se refieran a situaciones no mutables entre el vencimiento del plazo para presentar ofertas y el periodo de evaluación; y que sean solicitados a todos los oferentes por igual. Los oferentes, tendrán un plazo máximo de 48 horas corridas, contadas desde que se hace el requerimiento vía sistema, para responder lo solicitado. La comisión de evaluación de las propuestas no podrá invocar como antecedentes complementarios aquellos identificados como obligatorios en las presentes bases administrativas de licitación.
